Andrew Neville

As part of the Pan European Small Cap team I am responsible for UK mid and smaller company stock selection, and I lead our Global and International Small Cap strategies.

I seek companies which are growing their market share and expanding into new niches with strong underlying growth drivers, high recurring revenues, high margins supported by pricing power, good cash flow generation and conservative management.

I started my career as an auditor in 1994 with Deloitte’s, before moving into Fund Management in 1997 focusing on UK Smaller Companies. I joined Allianz Global Investors in 2004.

I am a Chartered Accountant and have a Civil Engineering degree from London Imperial.
